Hi @philiphk,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To print documents stored on a connected computer using your HP printer, you’ll need to ensure the printer is properly installed and configured for network or USB printing.

Steps to Print from a Connected Computer

1. Install the HP App and Printer Driver

2. Connect the Printer

  • USB Connection: Plug the printer directly into your computer.
  • Wireless Connection: Ensure the printer and computer are on the same Wi-Fi network.

3. Add Printer in Windows

  • Go to Settings → Bluetooth & Devices → Printers & Scanners → Add Device.
  • Select your HP printer from the list.

4. Print a Document

  • Open the document on your computer.
  • Press Ctrl + P or go to File → Print.
  • Select your HP printer.
  • Adjust settings like:
    • Paper Type
    • Print Quality
    • Duplex (Double-Sided)
  • Click Print.

Tip: If you want to print directly from the HP App, open the app → Print Documents → Browse and select the file from your computer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
