Hello Nae08,

Thanks for reaching out.

Please try the below steps and help me know if the issue is sorted.

Step 1: Cancel All Print Jobs

Open Printers & Scanners (Windows: Start → Settings → Devices → Printers & scanners; Mac: System Preferences → Printers & Scanners).
Select your printer → Open queue.
Cancel all jobs.
Make sure nothing is stuck (sometimes a ghost job needs a reboot to disappear).

Step 2: Restart the Printer Service / Software

Windows:
Press Win + R, type services.msc, hit Enter.
Find Print Spooler, right-click → Restart.
Try the print head cleaning again.

Mac:
System Preferences → Printers & Scanners.
Right-click your printer → Reset printing system (this clears any stuck queues).
Re-add the printer.

Step 3: Ensure the printer is not in sleep mode, and also update the print firmware.

Regards,

Sharun
