I'm running Linux Mint 19.1 on an HP All in One (HP Omni 120-1333w product number: H3Z76AA#ABA) given to me as payment for handyman work. I'm asking for support on the HP Printer I purchased.

Enter print queue and cancel job. Job cancelled. Check printer status: printer sleeping. Wake printer up with touch of power button. Display on printer activates and printer exits sleep mode. Attempt to print test page. Job goes to printer. Print spool indicates job received by printer. Printer processing... Printer never stops processing... Enter print queue and cancel job.

Click and discover utilities. Locate print test page button. Attempt to print test page. same result as before. Check printer setup with Linux printers utility. Attempt to print test page but get same result. Run HP Linux driver installation tool again but this time select the "common options auto install" option. Driver installation tool finishes. Use HP utility to print test page. Same result. Contact HP support community which is the step I am at presently.
