Hi @rorourboat, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Envy Photo 7155 is printing but not producing images (blank pages or missing content), try these troubleshooting steps:

Check Ink Levels

  • Go to the printer’s control panel > Setup > Tools > Estimated Ink Levels
  • If ink levels are low or empty, replace the cartridges.

Clean the Printhead

  • On the printer screen:
    • Setup > Tools > Clean Printhead
    • Run the cleaning process and try printing again.

Use HP Diagnostic Tools

  • Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows) from HP Support.
  • If on Mac, reset the printing system:
    • System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > Right-click printer > Reset printing system

Check Print Settings

  • Ensure that:
    • The print job is not set to grayscale or draft mode.
    • The correct paper type is selected in the print settings.

Align and Reseat Cartridges

  • Remove and reinstall the cartridges to ensure proper contact.
  • Run Align Printhead from Setup > Tools.

Try Different Files and Apps

  • Print from another program (Word, PDF, or a web browser) to see if the issue is software-related.

Perform a Hard Reset

  • Unplug the printer while turned on, wait 60 seconds, then reconnect it.

Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • Uninstall HP Smart & printer drivers from your computer.
  • Download and reinstall the latest drivers from HP website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
