Envy 6032
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

PLEASE HELP AS NEAR BREAKING POINT.....

PROBLEM... Print queue issue i.e can't print as busy, I need to refresh/delete print queue......

All apple devices running latest software and apps

Part of ink HP scheme.

To date....

Had envy 6020 with this problem, spoke to virtual agent, then real person, switched off routers, printers, deleted hp smart apps, deleted printers from devices, waited for reboots, .....waited some more......finally used HP print diagnostic and fix on the mac (said print queue issue) finally they replaced printer for new Envy 6032....

connected to internet and all seamless and ok, however when we went to print and BOOOOOOM.......all the same issues...

Now if an HP person is reading this, come on this must tell you the root cause and be able to solve it...please....

 spend  7 hours of my life on this problem and ready do ditch HP all together and try something new.......
