We used this printer in our business and the ink was on auto delivery. I gave the printer to my daughter but it won't let her print as there is an error about auto delivery. How can I disable this to make it functional? I discontinued the delivery long before we closed the business. Thank you in advance for your help.

If you never removed and replaced the Instant Ink cartridges, the printer will not work.
What?
All Instant Ink / Subscription cartridges remain the property of HP.
The cartridges should be returned to HP - the return service is free.

Cancelling Instant Ink service
If you cancel:
You can continue printing with Instant Ink supplies until the end of your current billing cycle.
At the end of the billing cycle, you must remove Instant Ink cartridges and purchase Original HP Ink or Toner directly from the retailer of your choice to continue printing. Instant Ink cartridges only work in enrolled printers.
Your final monthly charge comes at the end of the billing cycle.
The Paper Add-on service ends with your Instant Ink service.
