printer HP 8620 says my PRINTHEAD is missing. it sure was there yesterday. help.

Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

how to fix my PRINTHEAD. printer message says Printhead missing, or needs to be installed correctly. how did it get moved???

 

cannot get hp  customer support to assist me. may just go buy a new printer. won't be HP this time. unless i can get some help!
