Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Envy 4500 is showing the Error Code "OX83C0000A NOS LOADER APP" on the printer's screen. Currently the power button is blinking, and the printer will not turn off unless I unplug it. i haven't used it in years and have changed my internet provider

 

Any help you can offer is appreciated!
