HP Office Jet Pro 6970 Printer states 'Error' from Windows 10 64-bit HP laptop. It prints successfully from iPad and iPhone. Have used HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.5.2 to no avail. Laptop will not accept a driver or firmware update, indicating that both are fine up to date.
