Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, my computer needed ink. So, I changed it. Now it won't do anything. It says there is an error with printer and contact HP.  I have tried restating it and the computer, plus router. Tried to the hp repair app. Uninstalled and reinstalled.  Still same error. Any ideas??
