after not printing due to magenta cartridge low, with new cartridge now get"printer failure message without issue code

I understand you are getting the "printer failure" message without an issue code on your HP Officejet 6700 Premium E-All-In-One Printer can be frustrating. Here are steps you can follow to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue:
1. Power Cycle the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from both the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and then into the printer.
- Turn on the printer.
2. Check for Paper Jams
- Open the printer and inspect for any paper jams.
- Remove any jammed paper carefully.
- Close all covers securely.
3. Check Ink Cartridges
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- Remove the new magenta cartridge and check it for any packaging material or obstructions.
- Reinsert the magenta cartridge ensuring it clicks into place.
- Check all other cartridges to ensure they are properly seated and not low or empty.
4. Perform a Printer Reset
- With the printer on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet and then to the printer.
- Turn on the printer.
5. Update Printer Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Download the latest firmware for your HP Officejet 6700 Premium from the HP website.
- Install the firmware update on your printer.
6. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor HP Print and Scan Doctor
