HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

Receive printer failure message.  Have tried the unplug/ plug back in restart option with no luck.  any suggestions on ways to troubleshoot

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error. Perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Printer Failure' Error

 

Check for any jams inside the printer and make sure the print carriage is moving freely.

Refer to - Paper Jam Error

 

If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. As the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
