macOS 10.15 Catalina

The printer is a LaserJet Pro 200 color MFPM276NW. After loading too much paper in the tray printer jammed. After unjamming, the printer only prints one page at a time. After one page there is a message that says cleaning and after one minute it gives me an error message. Once I hit OK, The next page prints but the same thing happens. Any help anyone. I’m losing my mind

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

What is the error message you get?

Let's reset the Printer:

Restore Defaults:

  1. On the product control panel, touch the Setup button.
  2. Scroll to and touch the Service menu.
  3. Scroll to and touch the Restore Defaults button, and then touch the OK button.

The product automatically restarts.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
