Hi @JOYCE310155

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've already tried, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience—this error can be frustrating.

The Oxc4EE8000 error on the HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Printer is often related to firmware issues, printhead problems, or internal hardware failures. Here are some additional steps to try:

1. Perform a Hard Reset

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait 60 seconds to discharge residual power.
  • Plug the power cord directly into a wall outlet (avoid power strips).
  • Turn the printer back on.

2. Reset the Printer’s Printhead

  • Open the printer’s cartridge access door.
  • Remove the ink cartridges carefully.
  • Unplug the printer while the cartridges are removed.
  • Wait 60 seconds, then plug the printer back in.
  • Reinsert the ink cartridges and close the access door.

3. Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • HP regularly releases new firmware versions for printer enhancements, app updates, or issue fixes. Update the firmware regularly to get the most out of your printer.
