Product: Deskjet 2620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer isn't printing well in terms of colour I have followed ALL the cleaning regimes on offer.  Does one dot on the dispaly for the INK levels mean it is too low?

You will need to replace cartridges, the ink level is just an estimate, the cartridge needs replacement when print quality starts to be unacceptable, the one dot on the ink level estimates low on ink.
