Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The full package of drivers for the printer HP Color Laser Jet PRO MFP M479fdw  is installed. The latest version. Connection via USB. The system sees the printer, the printer is selected as the main one, the status is ready, no errors. Everything is as it should be. All applications, all programs see the printer. I send a document to print and there are no errors, the document goes to print and everything looks like the document is printed. It does not get stuck in the print queue, is not paused and is not stopped. It is sent and supposedly printed, but it is not there!!!

I have no any ideas.
