My printer keeps giving me an error message that it does not recognize the printer cartridges. They are all newly purchased. I rebooted the printer, and that did not help. I turned it off and restarted the printer, but it still did not work. I unplugged it from the power source, but it did not work. I am at my wits' end; please assist.
