Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer is connected and recognized by the app on windows. I've been printing for years but last week when sent a document , it printed one page and stopped. the screen on the printer shows the circle and saying printer, after a long time y shows an error on the app. on the printer you need to cancel  the doc as nothing happens. there are no docs in the queue
