Product: hp 8035 inket printer

HP 8035 Office Jet screen locked, suggesting she have replacement cartridges on hand. Can't get to any other screen. Printer still prints from computer but cannot get to other functions such as copy or scan. repowering the printer comes back to the same screen. This happened after nearby lightning strike and an automatic power company reset abot20 seconds later. Is this puppy toast?
