Product: CP1025nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing envelopes from Word(365) printer locks up and power light flashes. Need to turn off and back on to continue printing. Printer does not seem to be processing info, help has noted, because can wait up to 15 minutes and still does not print.
