printer not printing correctly

HP Recommended
HP officejet pro 6830

My printer is not printing correctly. I have followed the steps on HP site for getting it to print right (have cleaned heads many times, even 2nd cleaning many times), took a pin to air intake on print cartridges. It prints blurry, skips around. Not sure what to do!

@bobjudy, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. It could be the printhead.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
