Product: Example: Printer Hp 6510e

I changed the ink with a hp cartridge. The printer goes through the motion like it is printing but does not.  I have done a print status, print quality test, clean print head, align printer and did a factory reset. And the printer does not print.

If i  try to send a document from the internet i the printer turn on like its going to print the document, but it doesn't print.

I have gone through the trouble shoot test on the hp page and the printer still doesn't print. I tried to copy a document but it doesn' t print.

HP Recommended

Your printhead is clogged or defective.

You can try cleaning it manually.

Youtube has many vids on the subject.
