Hi @Makiba,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Connection:

  • Ensure that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. Check that your computer or device is connected to the same network.
  • Restart your router to clear any connectivity issues.

Printer Status:

  • Confirm if the printer is set as the default printer on your device.
  • Check if there are any error messages or blinking lights on the printer's control panel.

Print Queue:

  • Clear any stuck print jobs by opening the print queue on your computer and cancelling all pending jobs.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your printer and computer or mobile device. This can help resolve minor communication issues.

Driver and Software Updates:

  • Ensure that the latest printer drivers and software are installed. You can download them from the HP Support Website.

HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool for Windows, which can diagnose and fix many printing issues automatically. You can download it from the HP Support Website.

Printer Offline Status:

  • Make sure the printer is not in offline mode. Go to the printer’s settings on your computer and uncheck the "Use Printer Offline" option if it is selected.

Firmware Update:

  • Check if the printer firmware is up to date. Firmware updates can sometimes fix connectivity problems.

I hope this helps.
