Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer

I have had this printer for almost a year now. I have gone to support on more than one occasion and spent an hour or longer each time for the printer to still not work. I have had to go to Office Depot to print papers I need for school with a printer sitting right here on my desk. I have completed all troubleshooting steps and technicians have completed all troubleshooting steps remotely and I still have a printer I cannot use. And now I am being told that HP will not honor the warranty, so I am just out $300.00. Not to mention the money I have spent to get papers printed and the gas to get there and back. Has anyone else had this problem?
