@8849574619, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Printer Issues!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If your printer has not been working for the past 7 days, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
Check the Connections:
- Ensure that all cables between the printer and computer are securely connected.
- If you are using a USB connection, try using a different USB port on your computer.
Reset the Printer:
- Disconnect the power cable from the power source.
- Wait about 60 seconds, then plug the power cable back in.
- Turn on the printer and try printing again.
Reinstall the Printer Software:
- Uninstall the printer software from your computer. This can be done through the Control Panel by going to Programs and Features, selecting the printer software, and clicking Uninstall.
- Reinstall the printer software from the CD provided or download the latest driver from the HP website.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the printer and check for any paper jams or blockages. Remove any jammed paper if necessary.
Check Print Cartridge Status:
- Ensure that the print cartridges are properly installed. If the cartridge status light is showing, this could indicate a need to replace or reinstall the cartridges.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
