Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

My printer will not print a single Test Print page.  Instead it churns out multiple pages with none or one line of info on each.

The printer was in an environment of 30 plus degrees - may be a factor?. Any advice?

Update!!  I have uninstalled and re-installed my printer manually using win10 Settings/Devices as HP Smart and HP Print & Scan Doc were giving me erroneous installation messages, info and failing to install the printer.

 

Later:

I now have a Test Page 😀 with every other line only having its top half printed 😞 ??  any body come across this before?

 

Much Later:

Cleaned the print heads with water and paper towel a couple of times and eventually got a good print out 🙂 🙂

Will order a new black cartridge and check for updated software drivers and all should be well.✌️
