message 'read head head problem'!!!
My printer is just 5 years old and I print a maximum of 10 pages per month!!! I only use HP cartridges. To say I only changed cartridges once!!! The read head has no latch, so I can’t move it!!
I tried everything, multiple disconnections of the cable, expectations, etc. Nothing helps!!
Why this message? I take care of my printer, I don’t understand anything!!!
Please help me!!! HP, what a pain!!!

@the3biz, Welcome to HP Support Community!

This could be an issue with the printer or the ink system.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
