hi i cannot print using my hp deskjet 2320. I am using macOs sonoma 14, I already added it in the system settings, but using the HP smart app it does not detect the printer. I also tried to use the hp firmware updater, but it says that it does not contain upgrades for your device

Hi,

Your printer is supported by HP Easy Start and not by the HP Smart app, please follow below link to install your printer drivers on the Mac:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
