printer won't print at all after removing and cleaning cartridges

Printer worked fine until there was a paper jam which I cleared.  It aligned ok but the color mag and cyan did not print.  Removed, cleaned and reinstalled cartridges.  Won't print at all.  Message says " Printer failure" problem.

Well, you might have done all you can do.

Old printer - great printer series and one of the all around best of its time.

Old printer may have died.
