Hi @shirley1688,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The blinking white lights on your HP Envy 6055e printer typically indicate an error or a need for attention. Here are some steps to help troubleshoot the issue.

Check the Printer Status:

  • Ensure that there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer.
  • Verify that the ink cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check for Error Messages:

  • Look at the printer’s display panel or software for any specific error messages or codes.

Inspect the Printer Components:

  • Open the printer’s access door and check for any paper jams or issues with the ink cartridges.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. You can download them from the HP website.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • With the printer on, press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the printer turns off. Release the button and then press it again to turn the printer back on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
