Hi @lizzybrooks ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP LaserJet Pro M102w printer is only printing the HP logo and not the actual content you're trying to print, such as weights from the Inbody570. This issue could be related to several factors:

  • Driver or Software Issue: Ensure that you have the latest printer driver installed. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause printing issues. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website specifically for your printer model.
  • Printer Settings: Check the printer settings to ensure that they are configured correctly. Make sure the paper size, type, and other settings match what you're trying to print. Also, verify that the print quality settings are appropriate for the content.
  • Print Queue and Jobs: Check the print queue on your computer to ensure that there are no pending or stuck print jobs. Clearing the print queue and restarting the printer and computer can sometimes resolve issues.
  • Connection Issues: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If you're using a wireless connection, verify that the printer is connected to the correct network and that there are no connectivity issues.
  • Paper and Cartridges: Check the paper tray to ensure that it is loaded correctly with the right type and size of paper. Also, verify that the toner or ink cartridges have sufficient ink or toner levels.
  • Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve printing issues. Update the firmware on an HP printer

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
