Hi @Emilee23,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e is stuck in the middle of a print job and not completing it. Let's try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Cancel the Current Print Job:

  • Open the Queue on your computer and cancel any stuck print jobs.

Restart the Printer:

  • Power off the printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and turn it back on.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer's paper tray and check for any paper jams. If you find any, gently remove the paper.

Check Ink Levels:

  • Ensure the ink cartridges have enough ink. Low ink can cause printing issues.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Go to HP Smart or the HP website, check for any available firmware updates, and install them.

Try a Test Print:

  • Try printing a test page or another document to see if it prints properly.

Printer Reset:

  • If nothing works, try performing a hard reset on the printer:
    • Power off the printer, unplug it from the wall for about 1-2 minutes, and then plug it back in and power it on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
