Hi my printer is stuck. the light is on but it wont print or reset. I can only see the hp screen it wont move from that. If i unplug it that the only time it is off. I tried unplugging waiting and plugging back in. didnt work. tried clearing the print jobs. didnt work ..whats next ? thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
