I got an error message saying printhead missing or failed.  When it did print, for each line - it printed 3 lines. The first was cut off, the second was double printed, and the third was good.  I have cleaned, aligned, and calibrated the printhead.  I have removed and reinstalled the printhead, and put in new cartridges.  I have updated the software.  Now I either get 2 or 3 lines, or a blank page.  Any suggestions?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand you are getting this error on the printer screen. If you have already performed the steps from the document Print head Errorshttps://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Hope this helps!
