I am having problems with printing on 250gsm card, if I take an ordinary A4 sheet of paper it prints the thing properly, but on the card it seems to miss the beginning of the print and leaves me with a clear space at end of page. It seems as if its not being picked up by the rollers properly. Is there anything I could do.

Hi,

The printer does not support such an heavier card.

 

The printer supports 163 to 200 GSM card media, not heavier cardstock.
