I have a laser jet pro 127f which I use mostly to print via wifi from my phone. I ran a test on the printer and it says, congrats, everything is OK and wireless printing is working perfectly. BUT when I go to print a doc out of the word app or dropbox app, message says printer unavailable. I then go to the hp app, just tap it, do nothing else but tap it, then go back to the document, hit print again, and now the wireless printing works perfectly. Not only don't I not understand this, but it's a pain to have to do it every time I want to print. Can someone explain and provide a solution. Thanks.
