when i try to print it dosent matter what program it gives me the not responding and i have to close out it never prints and never compleats loading the print page i thought it was my printer so i got a new one it still is doing it i haven

@KImkay85, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Which device are you trying to print from?

How is the printer connected?

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
