Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Good morning. I cannot figure out how to get the printer to print the full 11x17 page. Keeps printing out regular size. I have wasted  all kinds of heat transfer paper. Can someone PLEASE possibly help me with this issue. I just got the printer yesterday. Thank u in advance
