Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

my printer 1102w. system 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor. Windows 10 home. Printouts from Laptop and mobile ( iphone 7) takes too much time(2-3 minutes) and some times incomplete prints come

 

Please help

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that your HP printer is slow. 

 

Let's try these steps to resolve the issue: 

Download and run HP Print and Scan DoctorFollow steps from the link: Click here

And, also update the printer firmware from here

Thank you for posting back. 

 

Let's perform these steps: 

Root level uninstall and reinstall printer drivers

  • Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP LaserJet printer entries and uninstall them.
  • Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
  • Then press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
  • Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
  • Again, go to run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.

To reinstall, click here.
