Hi @schreq, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're encountering an E3 error on your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer. This error typically indicates a paper jam or an issue with the paper feed mechanism

Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer's paper tray and any access doors.
  • Inspect the paper path for any jammed paper or debris.
  • Remove any obstructions you find.

Check the Ink Cartridges:

  • Ensure the ink cartridges are properly installed.
  • If they are not, reinstall them securely.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
  • Wait for about a minute, then reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.

Check the Printer Driver:

  • Uninstall and reinstall the printer driver on your cellphone device.
  • Ensure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
