@Colton12vvv, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP ENVY 6452e is printing with a green tint, it could be due to ink cartridge issues, printhead alignment, or driver settings. Let’s go through some steps to resolve this:
Check Ink Levels
- Open the HP Smart app on your PC.
- Select your printer > Check Estimated Ink Levels.
- If any cartridge is low or empty, replace it.
Clean the Printhead
- Open the HP Smart app > Click on Printer Settings.
- Go to Tools > Clean Printhead.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. You may need to run this 2–3 times.
Align the Printhead
- In the HP Smart app, go to Printer Settings > Tools > Align Printhead.
- This ensures colors are printed correctly.
Print a Diagnostic Page
- Press and hold the Information (i) button and the Cancel (X) button together until a test page prints.
- Check if the colors appear correctly on this page.
Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Visit the official HP support page for your printer: Official HP® Support
- Download and install the latest drivers for Windows 10 (64-bit).
- Alternatively, uninstall the printer from Devices and Printers, then reinstall using the HP Smart app.
Check Print Settings
- When printing, go to Printer Properties > Color tab.
- Ensure Color Printing is selected and not set to grayscale or black only.
- Try printing from a different application to rule out software-specific issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
