My printer will not print PDF files, and when I go to scan a document it will not take multiple pages. I tried using the web site and all I get is the run around. I need someone from support to contact me.

Thanks for posting, however this is a user to user support forum and not a direct connection to HP support. If your device is under warranty you should go to support.hp.com and start a support case. If your printer is out of warranty your choices are to either post a detailed description of the issues you have as well as details on what you have tried already to resolve the problem, or subscribe to HP Smart Friend service for paid one on one telephone support.
