My HP Envy 7640 e-All-in-one series is printing blank pages.  Please help

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Is it a Mac OS or Windows operating system?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
