Bonjour ,

 

Mon HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus ne veut plus fonctionner. Lors de l'allumage un message d'erreur s'affiche  :

" incident sur l'imprimante ou le système d'encrage" 

J'ai allumé puis éteint l'imprimante mais aucun changement. L'imprimante n'avait pas fonctionné depuis 6mois et je viens de changer les cartouches d'encre.
