HP Officejet Pro 6835 e-All-in-One Printer
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I have an HP Officejet Pro 6830 showing 'there is a problem with the printhead". I use a Mac OS, High Sierra that has been updated. please provide step by step instructions as to how to fix this. searched the HP website and their suggestion did not work. thanks

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Make sure you are using HP inks.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printhead errors

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer. The printhead is non-removable. 

  • I've sent you a private message with further instructions to resolve this issue.
