problem with setup cartridges of my new envy 6232 printer

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)


I bought an envy 6232 some months ago but hadn't had the chance to set it up until yesterday

but when  tried to get i running for the first time, (with the original sealed setup cartridges found in the box), the printer says to remove and reinstall a cartridge.

i have already tried, i also rebooted several times, but i don't seem to be able to get it working
