Product: hpofficejet 2620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

installed the new color cartridge, made the alignment, cleaned the heads, printed the print quality report everything ok but, if I print from file or photocopy the page is very clear and not complete even if the print preview shows it to me complete

Do you mean to say the printer is printing blank pages?
