HP Recommended
Product: All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm ready to purchase a replacement All-in-One product and see the prices are pretty consistent across vendors.  Is there any advantage to purchasing directly from HP as I always have in the past?  I do love the quick replacement policy when necessary--is that also part of the service provided by retailers?  Or do owners have to go through taking a printer in for service before replacement is provided?  Speed and continuity of service are of the essence in my business setting; I don't want to lose that by going with the immediate gratification of picking up a printer retail curbside today rather than waiting for a delivery from HP.
