Hello. Having an issue and getting this message:
"Check your account. A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print very soon unless the issue is resolved. To learn more, open the HP Smart app or visit www.hpsmart.com and sign in to your account".
The orange exclamation point button is always blinking. And when I go to print, I get the error message. However, when I press the "Number of Copies" button, it ends up letting me print, but not without also printing additional several pages with that error message on it. The toner cartridge is full and there are no paper jams.
I have done about all the troubleshooting I can including unplugging and restarting the printer, restarting the printer, uninstalling and reinstalling the printer on the computer. I have also searched these forums and see that there are others who have had this exact same problem. I have ALSO attempted all of the other solutions posted in those threads, including the ones posted directly by HP Agents (here is one of those posts for reference), however none of those have worked, nor have they seemed to have worked for any of the other folks having issues. This appears to be an error message with no explanation nor solution. Anyhow, can you (or anyone) please assist me with this issue as it has be quite an annoyance. Thank you!

Can someone from HP Support please assist with this? There is virtually no way to reach support by phone or chat. It's rejecting the serial number and product code that is literally straight off on my device. Please help.
