The fan failed in my printer in only a few months, but I cannot reach a support agent because of an incorrect warranty status that cannot be corrected because HP's website does not function. Every time the I submit the warranty dispute form it gives me Error 500. I have tried multiple browsers and tried submitting on different days to no avail.
